During these meetings, the senior management of Upway Global attends in full force, and customers are encouraged to point out problems and dissatisfaction encountered with Upway Globals products and services without reservation. If a problem cannot be resolved or answered on the spot, it is brought to the presidential meeting, where heads of various departments and senior executives discuss it together. We may even retrieve original work orders and call recordings to analyze the root cause of the issue until it is fully resolved.
