1. Click Open Account.
2. Select location, phone number, login password, check the agreement, slide the verification code to enter the next step.
3. Enter the SMS verification code of your cell phone to enter the next step.
4. Complete the account opening and get the demo account and password.
5. If you need to make a deposit, you need to upgrade your real account first, and in the process of upgrading your real account, you need to fill in your ID number, check the box for sub-penalties, information notification and trading code. a>.

6. After obtaining the real account, if you need to deposit money, you need to verify the bank card authentication first (if you use the computer online banking to deposit money, you need to verify the bank card authentication first; if you use the cell phone channel to deposit money without verifying the bank card authentication first).

  1. Click 'Open Account'
  2. Select your country/region and enter your phone number or email. Review and accept the Privacy Policy and User Agreement, then complete the slider verification to proceed.
  3. Fill in your personal details (full name / ID number).
  4. Enter the SMS or email verification code to continue.
  5. Complete your account registration and receive your Live and Demo account credentials along with login passwords.

Upway Global offers multiple deposit methods:

  • RMB online banking payment
  • Bank wire transfer (HKD or USD)
  • Digital wallet

Deposits can be made via both desktop and mobile devices, with funds typically credited within as fast as 15 minutes.

  • The login password is a security authentication feature established by Up Way China Bullion Limited. It is designed to protect the safety of client funds.
  • Clients must enter the correct login password when submitting a withdrawal request.
  • The login password is set during account registration and is intended solely for secure login purposes, to avoid any confusion for clients.

  • There is no overall position limit for accounts. Clients may hold multiple open orders simultaneously.
  • However, to help clients manage investment risk:

Standard Account: Maximum position per order is 20 lots.

Premium Account: Maximum position per order is 50 lots.

  • If you require a higher position limit, please contact our customer service specialist to submit a request.

Forgot Trading Account

On the Member Center login page, click "Forgot Trading Account" located at the top-right of the account input field. Enter your full name and ID number to retrieve your account.

Forgot Login Password (formerly withdrawal password)

On the Member Center login page, click "Forgot Login Password" located at the top-right of the password input field. Enter your trading account and full name to retrieve your login password.

You can retrieve your trading password by logging in to the Member Center.

You may also contact our customer service specialist for assistance. Your new password will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address via SMS or email.

  • The designated account currency is USD (U.S. Dollars).
  • If clients deposit or withdraw funds in RMB (Chinese Yuan), the conversion will be based on the market exchange rates published by the company. For further details, please refer to the Exchange Rate Notice.
  • Exchange rates are fair and transparent, and the company does not charge any fees for currency conversion.

  • The default withdrawal currency is USD (U.S. Dollars).
  • The actual currency received depends on the location of your withdrawal bank:

Mainland China: RMB (Chinese Yuan)

Hong Kong & Macau: HKD (Hong Kong Dollars)

Other countries/regions: USD (U.S. Dollars)

Deposits: No handling fee is charged for deposits.

Withdrawals: Handling fees are charged only in the following two cases:

  1. If a single withdrawal is below USD 50, a USD 3 withdrawal fee will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
  2. If the trading volume after deposit is less than 50% of the deposit amount, a withdrawal fee equal to 6% of the deposited amount will be charged. If the trading volume requirement is met, standard members enjoy 3 fee-free withdrawals per day and VIP members enjoy 5 fee-free withdrawals per day. Any withdrawals exceeding the free limit will be charged a fee of 6% of the withdrawal amount.

  1. If you deposit through online payment, no notification is required. You may log in to the online trading platform and check the deposit status under Member Center > Deposit Records.
  2. If you deposit through bank transfer, after completing the transfer, please upload the transfer proof in the app under My > International Bank Transfer > I Have Transferred. The finance team will credit the funds to your account once the payment is received.

If your identity information is complete and the review is approved, the withdrawal is generally processed within 1 working day.
